NAALE
Naale program offers an opportunity for Jewish teens to achieve academic excellence as well as personal and interpersonal skills that will support them throughout their life. Founded by the Israeli Government in a joint effort with the Jewish Agency for Israel, Naale was established in 1992 with a goal of providing Jewish high school students worldwide the opportunity to live and study in Israel for high school. Students start the program in either ninth or tenth grade. Since its inception, more than 16,000 high school students have come to study on the program, with 85% graduating with a full matriculation, an internationally recognized high school diploma. Naale students' and alumni's narratives about their migration experiences are being documented and studied in DEMO courses.

Ms. Dalit Ravid-Hameiri
Dalit Ravid-Hameiri is the Educational Director of NAALE. Dalit supervises the educational teams in Naale schools and is in charge of admission of new students. She holds an M.A. degree from Tel Aviv University in Administration and Leadership in Education. In the past, she served a Headmaster in a number of schools.
